About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Assistant to provide high-quality support services to our clients in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care and assistance, enabling our clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general house cleaning, tidying, and shopping services to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assisting clients with day-to-day needs, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Liaising with the care team to address any concerns or feedback from clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict privacy protocols when handling client information.

Requirements:

  • First aid certification is essential for this role.
  • Prior experience working in the Aged Care sector or with elderly individuals is highly advantageous.
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance are required.
  • The ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role is crucial.
