We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to provide support to older clients living in their own homes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, including personal care and light household tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

  • Assist clients with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and some light housework.
  • Provide individualized support to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor the ongoing health and well-being of clients and report any concerns or observations to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain client dignity and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Availability after hours 3-4 days a week.
  • A clear police check and working with children check.
  • Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
