About the Role
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and support to team members working within the program.
  • Promote teamwork and foster exchange of ideas and participation of staff members in problem-solving and the development of service improvements.
  • Undertake staff recruitment, selection, orientation & training, and facilitate and work with staff to develop annual individual performance plans, and complete training requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day complexities within the program.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, and correspondence relating to confirming activity and funding obligations.
About You
  • Previous experience in an assessment or regional team.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Enjoy liaising with a diverse range of people, not be afraid of a challenge, and be supportive and empathetic in nature.
