Overview:
The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks a Court Assessment and Prosecution Team Lead to lead and develop a team providing services to various courts.
- Lead and manage a team of assessment & prosecution officers
- Advise and recommend to the courts
- Ensure effective resource planning and workload distribution
Key requirements for this role include experience in best practice case management frameworks, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in social work, human services, criminal justice, or criminology. They will be part of a collaborative team working towards a safer community in Victoria.
