Senior Content Strategist

The Senior Content Coordinator role is a high-profile position in the Content Team that acts as the central point of contact for editorial and academic-related content requests. This key role bridges multiple marketing squads and collaborates closely with the Content Manager to oversee the production, communication, and implementation of product marketing content, publications, proof points, and content requests across various audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in written materials.
- Develop professional writing and content creation skills that draw from an understanding of best-practice copywriting and professional writing, with a passion for improving content and user experience across publications and digital channels.
- Bidirectional collaboration is required to build and manage positive relationships with internal stakeholders, academics, communications, course management, market analytics, and student recruitment to ensure accurate, up-to-date, high-quality, and relevant content.
- Demonstrated copyediting and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work cooperatively in small teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence with provision of advice regarding application of editorial policies and procedures.
