Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Digital Producer to join our team, bringing strong expertise in Sitecore CMS and a strategic understanding of content design and content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, user-focused digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering projects in Sitecore CMS, with a strong knowledge of content structures, governance, and workflows. They will also have a background in content strategy or content design, with the ability to shape scalable, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on Sitecore, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brief and to budget.
  • Translate business and user needs into structured digital production workflows, managing sprints, QA, approvals, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to shape experiences that are intuitive, effective, and aligned to brand strategy.
  • Partner with content strategists and creators to oversee the planning, production, and migration of content within Sitecore.
  • Champion a user-first mindset with a deep understanding of customer journeys and digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer or Senior Producer, with hands-on delivery using Sitecore CMS.
  • Strong working knowledge of content management, page templates, component structures, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS.
  • Background or understanding in content strategy or content design, with ability to shape and support scalable, on-brand digital content.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, clients and external partners.
  • Confident in navigating and coordinating across agency partners and delivery teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Comfortable managing complex digital builds involving multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
