We are seeking an experienced change leader to drive strategic transformation in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with real-world experience delivering major ERP or enterprise system changes.

About the Role
  • This senior-level position requires a strong understanding of complex systems and ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustained adoption and successful implementation.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering at least one major ERP or enterprise system change in a complex environment, with expertise in leading large-scale transformations and driving cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
