Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Coordinator to join our team in South Brisbane. As the key figure in our distribution process, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers and strategic stock centers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Demand Requirements: Actively manage demand requirements in support of capacity planning, specifically administering the DRP process for regional demand of bulk products.
  • Ensure Stock Accuracy: Verify stock accuracy and reconciliation with SAP 4S for all products at stock centers under distribution control on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Manage delivery redirections and process accordingly.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Ensure Stock in Transit is monitored to an acceptable level at all times.
  • Invoicing Process: Administer the invoicing process for all regional freight providers, ensuring contractor invoices are checked and accurate before approving payment.
  • Ex-Works Sales: Ensure all Ex works sales are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in supply roles or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and application of distribution and logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with SHE requirements and regulations covering the storage and distribution of dangerous goods.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to design and implement change.
  • Knowledge of PC applications related to distribution and logistics principles.
