Empowering Lives with Disability Support

The role of NDIS Support Coordinator involves working closely with experienced support workers to deliver person-centred services to individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions across Eastern Victoria.

This is an opportunity to utilise exceptional coordination skills, networks, and a commitment to participant choice and control to set up supports and services for clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for empowering and supporting people with disabilities using the NDIS portal. This requires strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to provide high-quality support and the ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team. Additionally, an understanding of privacy and confidentiality issues is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred services to individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions
  • Utilise NDIS portal to empower and support people with disabilities
  • Maintain strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in disability support using the NDIS portal
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine desire to provide high-quality support
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team
  • Understanding of privacy and confidentiality issues
