**About the role**

You'll be a guest in someone's home and no two days will be the same. You'll support people each day in the way they want or need to be supported. It's not about doing things for people; it's about providing just enough support at just the right time to help them do things. It's their fabulous life after all.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll do**
- Help with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night
- You'll promote personal choice and control for the person, empowering them along the way
- Helping people maintain their dignity while you assist with personal hygiene, showers, etc.
- Assist with household duties such as cleaning, cooking, and washing
- Aid people to get to their chosen activities like social events, work, and appointments

**You'll have**
- A passion for enabling and working with people from all walks of life
- Desire for meaningful work and comfortable providing people with daily living support
- Willingness to learn new skills, undertake ongoing training and be part of a team
- A current drivers' license with Green P platers welcome. Be triple vaccinated against COVID-19.
