Are you looking for a challenging role in the defence sector? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dfi Operator to join our experienced team based in Woomera SA.

This is a long-term operations and maintenance contract that offers the chance to work on various operational and functional roles around the installation. Experience in similar environments would be highly regarded; fuel or other high-risk/hazardous processing environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Dfi Operator, you will report to the Operating Agent and be responsible for various operational and functional roles around the installation.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of the fuel, including management of quality control sampling and testing.
  • Manage quality, compliance, quantity and availability of fuel and related systems and processes.

Requirements

  • A strong team player with relevant experience in the defence sector.
  • Defence specific training is advantageous, however this training will be provided to the successful applicant where required.
  • A valid driver's license (HR or HC will be highly regarded).
  • Safety must be at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Applicants must currently hold, or have the ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
  • Live locally, or willing to relocate to the Woomera region (close-proximity to Woomera).
