As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with fellow Educators in your center to observe, assess, and continuously improve the educational programs provided to children. You will enhance the team's understanding of child development and early years curriculum, guiding the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the center's leadership team, you will spearhead transformative initiatives and advocate for excellence in educational practices.
Goodstart Early Learning operates a center that is licensed for 90 children, catering to all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years. The center is open Monday to Friday, providing a safe and stimulating environment for children and their families.
The center actively engages families, educators, and the broader community in shaping the learning environment, while also offering early-intervention strategies to support children who may be at risk or disadvantaged.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
