We're seeking passionate individuals who share our enthusiasm for animal welfare and are eager to join a leading pet care provider in Australia. As an Animal Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of dogs in our daycare.
About the Role- Supervise dog groups, manage behaviours, and guarantee their safety and well-being
- Design engaging and stimulating play sessions and activities
- Maintain the facility to high standards, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols
- Develop relationships with pet owners and provide regular feedback
- Create photo and video content for dog owners to showcase their pets' experiences
- Handle administrative tasks like responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate records
- Flexible availability between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Confidence in handling larger dog breeds and managing dog behaviours
- A genuine passion for working with dogs and a commitment to learning more about canine behaviour
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- Proficiency with computer systems and phone applications
