Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to oversee daily operations, manage financials, coach staff, maintain stock levels, and provide exceptional customer service.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven professional to lead a team of sales consultants and drive sales growth through strategic planning, coaching, and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fashion retail management and a passion for premium menswear.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including financial performance, KPIs, coaching, stock control, and customer service
- Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives and improve profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and supply chain management
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
- Possession of strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results
- Able to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors
