Leadership Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced leadership development consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, delivering and evaluating high-quality leadership development programs that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging leadership development programs that align with our strategic objectives
  • Creating tailored leadership development plans for individual leaders
  • Partnering with leaders to identify and deliver initiatives that develop and sustain high-performing teams

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in leadership development roles in commercial environments
  • Proven capability in facilitation, knowledge of adult learning principles and analysis design delivery and evaluation of training
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and externally
  • Strong organisation and planning skills to effectively manage multiple programs running concurrently
  • Relevant qualifications in adult learning instructional design and coaching
