Key Role in UAS Readiness

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are crucial to ensuring the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System is always mission-ready.

In this pivotal position, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for preparing multiple aircraft systems for flight.

This entails carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Triton UAS to guarantee safety, reliability, and airworthiness at all times.

As an integral member of our team, your primary objective will be to deliver serviceable aircraft on time and meet stringent quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities on Triton UAS to maintain optimal performance and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  2. Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve timely delivery of multiple aircraft systems, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  3. Identify resource needs and provide effective solutions to technical and logistical challenges, thereby optimizing team performance.
  4. Document and follow up on critical defects, maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement.
About You

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in mechanical maintenance, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for cutting-edge technology.

  • You should hold a Cert IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in aviation maintenance is essential, with a proven track record of delivering safe, reliable aircraft systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tackling complex technical challenges will also serve you well in this position.
