CIMIC Group's construction company, CPB Contractors, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects to time, cost, quality, and compliance dimensions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery of structures works in a rail environment and managing works under rail occupations. They will also have a strong understanding of quality management principles and relevant Australian and International standards.

The role will involve working closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered to the required standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and consultation skills, as well as the ability to accurately record activities and ensure business processes are adhered to.

The minimum requirements for the role include a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in quality assurance, control, and completions management in various disciplines. Relevant technical qualifications, such as a tertiary degree or diploma in mechanical or civil engineering, are also preferred.

The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems. They will also have high-level communication, consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as solid relationship and team-building skills.
