Compensation

Above award rates and tax-free benefits for permanent employment. Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $75,000 AUD (dependent on experience).

About the Role

Our kitchen and dining team plays a vital role in providing nourishing meals that contribute to the health and well-being of our residents.

  • Assist in meal preparation, presentation, and serving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and food service spaces.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to provide holistic support to residents.
Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.
