The Role:

We are seeking dedicated Food Service Team Members to enhance the well-being of our residents. As part of our kitchen and servery team, you will play a vital role in providing nourishing meals that contribute to the health and well-being of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meal preparation, presentation, and serving to residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and food service spaces.
  • Set up meals, including setting tables and ensuring all utensils and crockery are clean.
  • Deliver food and beverages to residents in the dining room and, when necessary, to their rooms.
  • Ensure dietary requirements and preferences are met for each resident.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
