The Role:

  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to our members and guests
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a positive relationship with the customer
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, contributing to data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services, enhancing revenue streams and promoting customer loyalty
  • Attend to café orders, providing an exceptional experience for our guests

About You:

  • You have a high level of customer service and data entry experience, with excellent presentation and clear communication skills
  • You are able to keep up-to-date with current class times across the Gymnastics and Aquatic programs, providing information on our products and services
  • You are flexible and able to work across a 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • You have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn about the precinct and classes we offer
  • You possess full Australian work rights
