Water Park Attendant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Water Park Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the water park, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a dedicated team who share your passion for delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure they have the correct wristband for entry.
  • Monitor guest behaviour and enforce waterpark rules.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the waterpark area.
  • Report any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Support team communication and follow all relevant safety procedures.

About You:

  • You will hold a current First Aid certificate and Working with Children check.
  • You possess strong customer service and communication skills.
  • You are able to work independently and make decisions confidently.
  • You are physically capable of occasional lifting and cleaning.
  • You bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the team.
