Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond's health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coaching and Program Development

2. Delivery of coaching and other programs in accordance with annual plans

3. Conducting group tennis lessons including ANZ Tennis Hot Shots, Fit Bit Cardio Tennis, Squad sessions, Adult Coaching

4. Conduct and deliver schools based tennis programs within Cardinia Shire schools

5. Support the implementation of group fitness programs in like with Cardinia Leisure programs

6. Attend tennis specific professional development sessions a minimum of twice per term

7. Conduct coaching sessions daily for all levels and abilities

8. Attend coach development workshops

9. Provide programs in line with national framework program guidelines

10. Develop and maintain coaching qualifications through professional coaching organisations

11. Conducting private coaching lessons

12. Run and develop school tennis programs with local Cardinia schools

13. Run and deliver Hot Shots Match Play and Hot Shots Leagues sessions as well as PRTC inter and intra club competitions.

14. Secondary Services

15. Promote the benefits of PRTC memberships

16. Promote PRTC pro shop and assist to increase sales

17. Increase take up of PRTC internal tennis competitions

18. Promote the use of PRTC casual court hire facilities

19. Promote coaching participants to participate in all PRTC tournaments

20. Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders

21. 22. All Aligned Leisure staff will understand and deliver on our customer charter and service promise.

23. You will know understand customer needs and deliver good quality coaching programs for Cardinia Shire community.

24. OH&S and cleaning

25. Conduct daily inspections of tennis courts and surrounding areas to provide a safe welcoming environment.

26. Make sure all equipment is safe and useable for people of all ages.

27. Ensure courts are clean before and after each coaching session.

28. Adhere to Tennis Australia policy's (wet weather, heat policy, code of conduct).

29. Customer Service Desk responsibilities

30. Provide the frontline service for all facility programs and services.

31. Proactively address all enquiries, ensuring that suitable outcomes are provided to each individual customer.

32. Look for upsell and cross sell opportunities based on individual needs.

33. All administrative duties that are required as part of a successful frontline function.

34. Capture all data at point of all program and service enquiries

35. Identify "at risk" members and advise the Head of Tennis

36. Personal follow up of non-renewals as requested by the Head of Tennis

37. Personal follow up of membership questions or complaints where non-renewal may be likely

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Accredited Tennis Coaching Qualifications and proof of insurance.

• Working with Children's Check

• Community Coach (Essential), Level 1 accreditation (Desirable) or Level 2 accreditation (Desirable)
