About the Role - Safety Advisor

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Safety professional to join the team as a Safety Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding site teams on safety matters across various projects, including large fit-outs and new builds worth up to $100 million.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. They should possess a completed Safety degree, previous experience with a well-known builder, and a minimum of four years' experience as a Safety professional with a builder.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess safety performance
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near-misses
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures
