EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Safety Environment Coordinator to support operations across two locations in bayside and south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:- Implement and continuously improve EHS management systems, programs, and training across two sites.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Facilitate EHS inductions, site safety meetings, and Safety Council updates.
- Monitor compliance with environmental and safety legislation and policies.
- Support return-to-work coordination and manage workers' compensation claims.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Formal qualifications in WHS/OHS and return-to-work.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar EHS role, ideally in the food manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge of VIC environment & OHS legislation and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience with incident management, audits, and risk-based programs.
- Analytical mindset together with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
