Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining EHS management plans for projects is crucial in ensuring a safe work environment.
  • We are looking for someone who can undertake independent project audits and develop safety performance indicators.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring consultation and communication activities are undertaken on the project.
  • Supporting key safety governance committees, including the Project Safety Leadership Team, is an essential part of this role.
  • Participation in the Alstom EHS audit and accreditation program, including AS4801/ISO45001 14001 accredited EHS management system, is also required.
  • EHS Risk Management involves participating in the development of Project Risk Registers.
  • Conducting Self Assessments under the Alstom Zero Deviation Policy is another critical task.
  • Management of Workers Compensation Return to Work for Injured employees, maintaining case files, and creating return to work plans is also part of the job.
  • Delivering training packages for key safety management procedures or specific training required due to new procedures, policies, and standards is an important responsibility.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation are also essential tasks.
