As a Senior ERP Deployment Project Lead with expertise in ERP system deployment, you will lead and manage various ERP deployment projects to ensure alignment with our organisational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure the successful attainment of program goals.

You will oversee the execution of individual projects within the program, effectively managing interdependencies to achieve successful outcomes.

As the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, you'll facilitate regular communications and meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project.

In this role, you will drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency to align with organisational objectives.

Key requirements for success include:

  • Extensive experience in planning, managing, implementing and deploying complex enterprise ERP projects concurrently;
  • Able to navigate complexities and deliver programs punctually and within allocated resources;
  • Excellent client-facing skills, managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction;
  • A strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies;
  • An ideal candidate would have a bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
