Job Overview:

This role is a key leadership position within the Front Office Team, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Rooms department.

As a leader, you will work closely with the Complex Rooms Division Manager to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences through innovation, engagement, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences, anticipate and address guest service needs, handle complaints promptly and professionally, support and mentor associates, fostering a culture of empowerment, knowledge-sharing, and excellence.

Promote and upsell the hotel's venues and services to guests, driving revenue growth, develop strong relationships with guests, particularly Marriott Bonvoy members, to enhance loyalty, actively participate in problem-solving, reporting issues, and implementing solutions to improve service delivery.

About You:

Have outstanding relationship building skills, excellent customer service experience, at least 2 years of experience preferably within a high-volume environment, Opera experience is highly desirable, hands-on leadership approach with a focus on developing our associates, confidence and skills to up-sell and promote our venues, ensure prompt resolution of any guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions.

Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, RMLV certificate is highly desirable.
