**Job Opportunity:**

Expert Clinical Consultancy in Mental Health and Addiction Nursing

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical consultancy and services within a defined specialty. This role involves undertaking assessment and management of mental health and addiction presentations to emergency departments, as well as providing advice and assessment to emergency services through a virtual mode.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical consultancy and services within a defined specialty
  • Undertaking assessment and management of mental health and addiction presentations to emergency departments
  • Providing advice and assessment to emergency services through a virtual mode

Selection criteria include:

  • Registered nurse with experience in mental health and/or addiction nursing
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act and principles of contemporary mental health care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
