Key Training Role

This position is focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of motor assessing team members to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.

The role will contribute to Auto & General's objectives of delivering exceptional service and support the continuous growth and development of its team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored training modules for varying levels of experience and expertise within the assessing team.
  • Implement blended learning approaches leveraging digital induction programs.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to refine and adjust training programs.
  • Apply pedagogy to equip learners with the right skills to respond to changes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning materials.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning materials is highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in adult training and vocational learning is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in using digital learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in planning, developing, and implementing learning programs.
  • Analytical approach with problem-solving skills.
