About the Role

This is a new permanent full-time position for an Administrator/Customer Service expert who enjoys a high-volume workload and loves to provide exceptional service. You will join a high-performing, supportive, and fun-loving team.

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and value to our stakeholders. In this role, you will coordinate our casual recruitment activities, which is largely administrative. It requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, focus, ability to work at a fast pace, problem-solving skills, and thinking outside the square.

Flexible work arrangements are available, and a safe home office space will be provided. Duties may include accurate data entry, contact stakeholders, post job ads, coordinate reference checks, reporting, administration, and customer service.
