Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Government & Administrative Law team in our Sydney office. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of an experienced Partner and will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparation of tribunal and court documents, summarizing medical and other records, and drafting letters of instructions to experts and briefs to investigators.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a law student in their third year or a paralegal with at least 12 months of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in developing in the public law space and will be able to work well under pressure. The role offers a varied workload and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of tribunal and court documents
- Summarizing medical and other records
- Drafting letters of instructions to experts and briefs to investigators
- Preparing chronologies
- Legal research and summaries
- General paralegal duties
