Personal Injury Paralegal/Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Law Clerk to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personal injury solicitors, assisting with the preparation of court documents, and interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prominent plaintiff firm with a strong reputation for excellence in personal injury law. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of lawyers and support staff, and to contribute to the success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to personal injury solicitors, including preparing court documents and assisting with client interactions
  • Assist with the preparation of briefs to barristers and other court documents
  • Diary management and making appointments
  • Filing and administration

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months+ experience in personal injury law
  • Strong Microsoft Word skills and typing ability
  • Client-service oriented and highly organized with strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and interactive environment
