We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our Australia New Zealand Marketing and Communications team, based in our Melbourne office.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to build our brand in Australia and New Zealand, support our company culture, and drive business growth.
You will work closely with our Australia New Zealand and Global Communications teams to develop channel strategies, create engaging content, and coordinate communications across our external channels, including our website and social media.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our regional delivery and operational leadership teams to create communications and messaging to drive our EVP, employee engagement, and keep our business informed and aligned.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communications strategies to build our brand and drive business growth
- Collaborate with our Australia New Zealand and Global Communications teams to develop channel strategies and create engaging content
- Coordinate communications across our external channels, including our website and social media
- Work closely with our regional delivery and operational leadership teams to create communications and messaging
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Tertiary journalism and/or communications qualification (s) or equivalent
- Experience working in a corporate communications environment
- Competency in MS Office, Powerpoint
- Proactivity, speed, and responsiveness
- A sense of humour
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
