**Job Title:** Lecturer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced lecturer to teach focused in Business Information System, part-time at 0.6 FTE.

  • The successful candidate will design and deliver high-quality courses in relevant academic disciplines.
  • They will develop course materials and assessment tasks that meet the needs of students and are aligned with the learning objectives of the respective programs.
  • Able to provide academic guidance and support to students, including advising on career pathways and postgraduate study options.
  • Hold an active research program, focusing on Innovation and Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (iSoLT), securing internal funds through project submission.
  • Identify opportunities for iSoLT and engage with other stakeholders to understand and deliver iSoLT outcomes.
About the Position:

This position is part of the Faculty of Business and Law, Curtin University.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of academic discipline requirements and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve teaching goals.

Suitable candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and have a commitment to student-centred learning.
