Job Overview

This is a key role within our Salesforce ecosystem, where you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing solutions across the platform.

You will work closely with developers, admins, and business teams to support agile delivery, improve platform performance, and shape best practices as we expand our Salesforce capabilities.

">Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Configure scalable declarative solutions in Salesforce to support evolving program needs.">
  • Design and maintain Flows, page layouts, validation rules, and Lightning pages.">
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders during sprint delivery.">
  • Support data migrations, sandbox environments, and release readiness activities.">
">Qualifications">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration and environment management.">
  • Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience with a strong grasp of Flow automation and configuration.">
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Clouds.">
  • Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and experience with CI/CD tooling like Copado.">
  • A collaborative approach and desire to build scalable platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.">
  • Tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field.">
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.">
  • Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or cloud-specific certifications.">
