Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead technical tasks on projects, manage teams of developers, and drive delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, strong knowledge of Omnistudio, and excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams on project deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Manage deliverables, technical problems, and accountabilities while working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Develop and implement Salesforce-based solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations
  • Create solution design documents and provide input to solution architecture
  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex, Visualforce, Lightning-based enhancements, including LWC and Aura
  • Configure CICD on projects using OTS solutions like Gearset etc
  • Promote SFDX experience and CICD setup using SFDX
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce certifications and apply them appropriately to business problems
  • Contribute to maintaining technical delivery processes and actively participate in Architect Academy coaching opportunities
  • Develop reusable assets that can be leveraged across projects
  • Review technical solutions and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with DXC Salesforce Practice Methodology and Standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree level or higher
  • At least 5 years experience working with Salesforce platform
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Omnistudio required
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce App Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (optional), Salesforce Analytics Cloud (optional)
  • Certified in Salesforce technical certifications, including Administrator, Developer 1, Developer 2, Service Cloud, Platform App Builder, Omnistudio Developer, JavaScript Developer 1, Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Proven track record of working in Agile project delivery environments
  • Proficient in Lightning Development, Apex, and Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs
