The Role
At Chamonix, we're on a mission to drive digital transformation that makes a real impact – and now we're launching something exciting: our Salesforce practice.
We\'re looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce Architect to join us as a founding member, helping us define and grow this new capability.
This is your chance to shape solutions, lead with vision, support presales, and get hands-on when needed.
You\'ll work alongside a passionate team that values curiosity, innovation, and people-first delivery.
What You'll Do
Take the lead in architecting scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Partner closely with clients and internal teams during presales to shape the solution strategy and drive winning outcomes
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a growing team of Salesforce professionals
Get hands-on with delivery where needed, including design, configuration, and coding
What We're Looking For
A seasoned Salesforce Architect with a strong consulting background and a passion for client engagement
Proven experience across key Salesforce products – especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Comfortable in both high-level and low-level design and hands-on delivery when required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders
Industry experience in energy, utilities, or financial services is highly regarded
Salesforce certifications (Architect, Consultant, Developer) are a big plus
Sound commercial acumen – ability to align business goals with Salesforce solutions
Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds (or commitment to upskill as required)
