Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position at 25 hours/week.
- Leads by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver business results.
- Succession plans the team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
- Executes Visual Merchandising in-store and makes commercial decisions.
- Understands Stock Management processes and prioritizes tasks.
- Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to the team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. They will be passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
