About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Support and Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via phone or email and ensuring data accuracy in the system.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email
  • Provide technical support on hardware and software issues
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
  • Monitor data quality in the system
  • Analyze areas for improvement in processes related to data quality
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must be willing to complete a traineeship – Certificate 3 Business Administration and have prior experience working in customer service, although this is not essential.
