About the Role

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our team as an Operations & Linehaul Supervisor in Kalgoorlie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our train crew team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of train crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our rail network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced operational leader who is passionate about driving positive change and is not afraid to challenge the status quo. You will have a strong background in logistics or heavy industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing cultural change initiatives.

You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a strong focus on safety, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
