We have several major projects and maintenance programs at ramp-up across the Goldfields, so we’re seeking out Kalgoorlie locals interested in joining us for the next stage of the journey. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with either a Mechanical or SMP background to join our team based locally in Kalgoorlie, WA on primarily a Monday – Friday roster. What you will bring Mechanical trade certificate and licenses Previous supervisory experience in the mining industry Experience working on a variety of projects and maintenance/ shutdown works Ability to demonstrate planning and organisation skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team A proactive and motivated approach while maintaining the ability to work under pressure Working at Heights training Enter and Work in Confined Space training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid Australian Driver’s License Proof of right to work in Australia Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
