Support Allied Health Clinicians

Hummingbird House offers specialised paediatric palliative care services to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide customer-focused support services including assisting Allied Health Clinicians in delivering individual and group interventions.
  • Regularly monitor customer treatment plans and collaborate with treating Allied Health Clinicians to notify of progress, concerns and/or need for review.
  • Support customers with various needs, including aged care, disability, health and wellbeing, return to work and rehabilitation, under the direction of Allied Health Clinicians.
  • Assist in programme preparation and supervision of participants under the direction of an Allied Health Clinician.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Basic Life Support qualifications, or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current Driver's Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
  • NDIS and Working with Children Screening Clearance.
