Job Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance by delivering coaching, training and support to our sales teams.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving sales activity and conversion metrics, as well as experience working with sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver coaching programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.

 

2. Create and maintain sales playbooks and other enablement materials to support the sales teams.

 

3. Work closely with our sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop strategies to drive sales performance.

 

4. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these gaps.

 

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all aspects of sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven success coaching or leading SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups.

 

Deep understanding of SDR performance metrics and levers.

 

Strong track record improving activity and conversion metrics.

 

Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, Spekit, Confluence, and Salesforce.

 

Skilled in delivering feedback and coaching across all experience levels.

 

Comfortable operating at both tactical and strategic levels in a fast-moving environment.
