About the Role

You will support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. Working closely with clients, you will guide them through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with clients to plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
  • Building strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths and support needs.
  • Providing tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience and group-based activities.
  • Collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing values of inclusion, empowerment and person-centred practice.

About You

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience in employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. Engaging with employers, you take the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.
