About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Professional to join our Bulk Central Finance team. This role focuses on financial business partnering and analysis, driving performance, efficiency, and growth through insightful data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators.
  • Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Preparing and presenting reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that enhance business efficiency.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment between finance and operational objectives.
  • Engaging in end-to-end finance tasks including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliation, and purchase order creation.

About You

We're looking for a self-motivated finance professional with a passion for business improvement and strategic decision-making. You will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline (mandatory).
  • Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) (mandatory).
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance.
  • Experience in a logistics / heavy industry environment.
  • SAP and Power BI experience is highly regarded.
