Job Title: Senior Business Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with indigenous communities to drive the day-to-day operations of their businesses.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage daily business activities, including commercial decisions and financial transactions.
  • Lead compliance and corporate governance matters for the communities, including reporting to regulators and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business Management, Accounting or similar.
  • Previous experience in overseeing financial and administrative obligations within a small to medium-sized business.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, corporate governance, and stakeholder management.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working at mid-senior level within an administrative and accounting/auditing field. Experience working with indigenous and remote businesses is advantageous but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be a personable and proactive professional who thrives on collaboration, hands-on business operations, and making things happen.
