Job Description:

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is a leading financial institution that prioritizes the well-being of its customers and employees. As a Loan Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's lending processes are compliant and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions for stamping and lodging of security documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan securities and property legislation.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are correctly prepared and submitted to relevant authorities within specified deadlines.
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledgers and suspense accounts to guarantee accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Meet productivity targets and provide regular updates on output statistics to management.
  • Promote high standards of service delivery and adhere to established service standards.
Requirements:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
