Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing clients and establishing new business through the provision of use-case specific product knowledge, tailored technical advice, and bespoke solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Adtech, MarTech or similar fields and possess strong communication skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their media monetization strategies and provide effective solutions to address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical execution of client initiatives
  • Design, implement and document business and technical solutions
  • Understand and speak to existing media monetization strategies
  • Address major escalations and client-wide difficulties
  • Act as a liaison between Account, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in Adtech, MarTech or similar fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Working knowledge of web/mobile technologies, HTTP and other Application Layer protocols
  • Experience in technical roles with heavy client facing presence
