Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-sales technical support of PV Inverter, BESS PCS, and BESS products
  • Provide timely and excellent customer support and maintain strong relationships with clients' technical teams
  • Provide bidding support on large-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid projects – technical solution proposals based on available products and documentation
  • Prepare and review technical documents and support the commercial team on relevant document reviews
  • Participate in technical marketing activities and present Sungrow technologies and solutions
  • Follow up on local applicable standards
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies concerning Sungrow's products and underlying technologies
  • Assist in market analyses, including customer demand and feedback, market trends, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidates MUST have full working rights in Australia
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power System, Automation or related Engineering; Master's degree preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years renewable energy industry experience
  • Good understanding of PV and BESS systems and renewable energy system designs
  • Solid knowledge of electrical principles
  • Skills in CAD and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in Electrical Engineering, liaising with inverter manufacturers, large-scale project developers, and EPCs is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to engage with and influence stakeholders to generate business benefit while maintaining relationships
  • Verbal and written Chinese communication skills preferred

Salary Range (per year): $100,000-$180,000
