Infrastructure Project Delivery Manager

This role supports the Regional Director in achieving strategic goals by overseeing regional infrastructure project delivery.
- Provide strategic guidance to District Directors and Program Managers on program management advice.
- Monitor and report on project progress against priorities, ensuring timely completion.
- Develop strong relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and the community, leading public consultation activities.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and legislative requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex project issues, preparing related reports.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
- A four-year, Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
- A current Class C driver license.
- A successful criminal history check.
- Communicate the program's role in achieving organizational vision.
- Raise and refine priorities through stakeholder feedback.
- Build partnerships and provide proactive expert advice.
- Clearly communicate complex concepts.
- Reflect on personal leadership strengths and areas for improvement.
- Pursue new collaborations and development opportunities.
- Understand road program development, stakeholder negotiation, and contract management principles.
